Too big.. some of you may have to size down.

You will definitely sweat in this. Even though I bought a size too big, I still sweat a lot in this. It being too big. I just wear a sweatshirt over it. But I'm going to reorder it in a much smaller size so that I can feel the tightness of it. But even without it being super tight, you sweat a lot.

My mother needed a new on and we were on the hunt for a new jacket of these. My mom was super happy with this product and she absolutely breaks a sweat in this. Both my mother and I were happy with the price and quality of the product.

Just wanted to add extra heat to my problem areas which included my arms, back and abs. Well, let me tell you…I’m extremely surprised at the end of my workouts. I’m soooo beyond happy with this purchase.

This definitely makes you sweat twice as much when you exercise. But if you're tall and have a long torso like me, you'll notice it rises up no matter what you try. I wear a thin tank under it and sometimes a shirt to help soak up the sweat. I only wish it was a bit longer.

I used this on my cardio days for extra burn. Fits really good and gets the job done.

Coupled this with thermo cream and am not disappointed. It's gross how sweaty I get, legit dripping off me when I take this off. It's comfortable, range of motion is not affected at all, and fits as expected (I'm 5'2 150 and got a large). I've put it in the wash on hand wash cycle, hang dry, and it's held up well.

If you want to sweat while you work out this is the product to get! Super comfy too
