Excellent product and fast delivery!
This is only the second time I've order Parmigiano Reggiano online. Last time I ordered from a different importer and it was OK. No complaints other than rather slow shipping. This time I received the order in 4 DAYS! And it was shipped to me directly from Italy, not NYC like with the previous vendor. I ordered some 36 month and 72 month aged cheese. Both were vacuum-sealed with the proper labels attached, confirming authenticity. I didn't see that with the other vendor. The rinds looked right but there was no paperwork. Now, I decided to try cheese with different aging times to see if I could notice a difference in taste or texture when making Alfredo Fettuccine, which is what I usually use it for. At this point, they both taste fantastic! I've broken them up into 1/2 lbs chunks and vacuum sealed them. Will store in the fridge until I use them. I did the same thing with the last order I had and it still tasted great 7 months later. Definitely worth the $$, if you ask me. I'll be ordering more when this runs out in 6 or 7 months. A rare treat!

Delicious!
Live in a rural area and I don’t have access to real parmigiana regiano. This is a little pricey but we love it. Adds pizzaz to sauces and pasta dishes. I save the freeze the rind and toss them in the pot when I make homemade soup. Gives the dish a much more complex flavor.

Best cheese ever. Need a little longer to ship but I don’t mind to receive this amazing cheese. I shared this cheese with my daughter in law, her mom was born in Italy. She told me this is the best cheese . I know I will use the cheese for many of my recipes and I will use it up in no time. So I will by some again

The best Parm I’ve ever been able to buy
THis Parmesan is absolute heaven. I have tried the 60 month, unbelievable. And recently I ordered the 36 month It is also perfection. Years ago I started to use only Parmesan cheese from Italy. yes, it is expensive but worth every delicious bite. This is the best Italian Parmesan I’ve ever tasted .

Io e mio padre ci chiedevamo dove avremmo potuto trovare del formaggio grana più stagionato dei classici 24 mesi….??!! Facile, su Amazon! 😍 Abbiamo cercato e programmato la cena in famiglia con polenta e mix di formaggi per due giorni dopo…. E come promesso eccoti arrivare il grana 72 mesi.
