Effective and Super Fun Workouts
Jane Fonda workouts are the best. Great production quality and a great workout that helped me lose weight when I was younger. Thirty years later they are still excellent workouts that are actually fun to do with minimal equipment needed.

Great work out
I have used my Jane Fonda work out several times to loose the weight. Passed mine on to a friend so needed a replacement. The workouts show two people to follow; one low impact and one high impact. That way you can work up to it.

Fantastic DVD collection set!!! It arrived earlier than expected and in exceptional condition! Brand new!!! In just 6 weeks, I've already lost 4 inches of body fat and am starting to see real results and I'm a 37 year old man! Ms. Fonda had conducted extensive research on physical fitness and exercise and it really comes thru on these dvd's! The beginners workout will have you feeling the burn for weeks! I highly recommend this set to anyone of any age or gender. I do this in the privacy of my home and I couldn't be happier! I'm on my way to a healthier, fitter and very best version of myself! Don't hesitate on buying this set! BUY IT, It really works and this is the first workout DVD I've ever bought or done!!! My advice is to start with one DVD and do the beginners exercise only for 2-3 weeks before moving on to the advanced level. Then move on to another DVD and do the same! A very big thank you to the amazing Jane Fonda! You have inspired me for most of my life with your extraordinary films, your exceptional autobiography: My Life So Far (which one must get on audiobook to feel it's full power) which has changed my life and left an indelible impression on my soul forever, Grace & Frankie and now these Workout dvds! So Far, So Good
A year or so ago I ordered Jane's most recent series (Prime Time) and, for variety, decided to try her older stuff; I'd never done Jane before using the PT, so didn't really know what to expect from these '80's reissues.Unlike the PT series, these DVD's aren't programmable where you can rearrange the sequence of the workouts, but you can skip over a section to the next one: I took these pics of the DVD menus on each disc so I could easily tell what was up next and decide if I wanted to skip over or not.Yes, the music and clothing are totally dated/retro... but the workouts are still relevant and are pretty much doable for this 63-year-old retiree, although I haven't yet done any of the DVD's straight through from beginning to end (I'd like to live to see 64...) I do enough, though, that I feel like I've gotten a good workout and I certainly have plenty of room to advance in the future. If you're a beginning exerciser, you might want to start with the PrimeTime series, then move up to these.

A fun and easy way to get yourself to exercise
After wearing out the VHS tape copies of the Jane Fonda Workouts I was excited to find the entire collection on DVD. Each disk is devoted to a specific work out- Original Workout, New Workout, Low Impact Workout, Complete Workout and Easy Going Workout. I like that there are options for either beginner or advanced. I also was happy to find that you can get a complete workout without the need to purchase a lot of equipment. These workouts may have been originally recorded in the 80s but they work in 2020 to help people lose weight. I can count myself as happy to be losing weight and having fun doing so. I highly recommend you add the Jane Fonda Workout Collection to your exercise routine.

Best Home Workouts Ever!
My first Jane Fonda workout was in 1984 and consisted of a full color hardback book and cassette tape. Jane Fonda's Workout for Pregnancy, Birth and Recovery. I credited this workout as partially responsible for the ease of my labor and childbirth experience as well as the remarkable recovery. In 1985 I got the video Jane Fonda's New Workout and I was a hot new mom rocking leotards and leg warmers! The baby's first belly laugh came from watching me and my best friend Tracy do jumping jacks. The tapes wore out, the 80s were over, and sadly my home workouts ended. For almost 30 years I've remembered them fondly and wished I still had them. When my now 32 year old "baby" told me the workouts she remembered me doing throughout her childhood were now available on DVD it was a great and happy day. Ordered them immediately, set up a home workout area and this 50-something, stiff jointed, overweight Mimi is now making the grandkids belly laugh. And making myself laugh each day with how much better I feel. Muscle memory is real! And flexibility is returning. Thank you for bringing these back and in a format I can use!

Love my Jane Fonda
I did the original work out with my sister when I was 13 or 14 years old in 1983. And I simply love the videos… The original is just the right amount of time when you’re starting out 30 minutes and incorporates stretching and toning my 52 year old body desperately needs.And it’s helping me to get over my pandemic blues. I love you Jane Fonda!My niece got to stand beside her in 2019 when she was showing up every week fighting the good fight in DC! And she also bought the workout CDs with her aunt and has lost a lot of weight and is thin and trim now. Thank you for your contribution Jane! I love you for improving health and for social justice!
