Defect product
Its a Defect Product, not working. i tried to multiple ways but still not working. Bluetooth is not connecting is worst. Print quality is not accurate & not helping Business cx Not value gor money. Not a Geniune product so no need of questing Durability . Not much help from cx support While this amazon is not providing replacement ( replacement option is redirecting to chart bold)

It's a very good compact label printer Setting up and operating the printer is very simple Printer connects to the phone with bluethooth an android app which is very easy to use and you can just design the label any way you like The print quality and speed is also good I highly recommend It to anyone who needs to print labels for various purposes.

Good budget product
It is a budget product and good for use when you do not have a big business and want to try first before using high end products. Few issues I have faced with this product like I was not able to connect it with my laptop using bluetooth. Printer skips label in between which is waste of your labels. But they have a good support people who respond to you over whatsapp. Samit is a good support person and has been helping me mostly.
