I loved this chemise at first. My kids and husband thought it was beautiful. It was an okay length...until I washed it... unfortunately it shrank significantly. Originally, it came past my calf and now it's just below my knees and the sleeves are now 3/4 length. I am only 5' 7", so I'm not an Amazon. Also, one of the drawstring ribbon ends came very unraveled with washing. It is a beautiful color and the material is soft. I also love the lace trim. I had to take 2 stars off, though for the previously mentioned reasons.

I used this dress originally for a Halloween costume in 2018. After the disaster first dress I bought this one was very lovely. The material is see through when you hold it up to the light but not see through while on. It wrinkles easily but is very soft and comfortable to wear. It makes me feel like a cross between a witch and a fantasy character. I’m thinking about purchasing another one in white! I haven’t washed it yet. I’ve worn it both with and without a belt and it works great! I’ve attached a recent picture. I bought a medium and have gained some weight since I bought the dress and it still fits!

Love this dress. Just what I wanted for our Scottish festivals. It's very thin, but perfect for my outfit and very cool/comfortable in hot weather. In 5'7", 145lbs., wear size 6. I ordered small, fit good it chest area, flowing throughout body, and hits about my ankle. So many compliments today. Super feminine. May use this as a beach cover up too.

I was hesitant to order because i waited until the last minute, but shipping only took 3 weeks and the chemises are stunning. I ordered the black and a green one, which is a hunter type dark green with slightly lighter lace trim. They are light, thin 100% cotton and very soft and lovely. Stitching is nice and they touch the floor on my 5 ft 126 lb frame. I expect them to shrink a bit since they are all cotton, so I got large instead of medium and they are a bit sheer, of course, but I plan to wear them as an under dress at the renaissance festival. When I wear them as a dress, I'll add a slip. BUY it, you won't regret it at all! I'm going to order every color!

Ok so here is my review after the mix up which the seller fixed right away.The material is soft, lightweight, and breathable. It does go to the floor on me which everything does on me anyway, but It's not extremely long. I can walk in it without tripping on it. As for the color it's a really nice deep red. Plus it looks great with the rest of my outfit for the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser experience I'm booked to do. I'll try to post a picture later after I've done a little tweeking of the final outfit look.

Seriously this thing is so comfortable!I got the black in an XL because i wanted it to be, as my brother put it, "big enough to swim in".It's not so sheer that I can't wear it by itself around the house with roommates, and i can spruce it up with a coset or belt or accessories easy for an outfit option.It's so soft too! I live in thus and just ordered the red one. :)

Bought as a chemise underlayer for Ren Fair garb. I ordered my natural size & had to exchange for a size down & it's still pretty big especially in the shoulder & neck area which kind of exposes more blossom than I'd like where the front tie is a bit too low. But is is super comfy & goes perfect & gives me a few outfit choices for fair.

I like the dress , its good enough to sleep in or wear out belted , or not belted. . Black , size M , 5foot 5 120 lbs, I bought a size Medium , but should have ordered the small I think , but the way it fits it doesnt make alot of difference , belt it and its not so big , tie the neck , the length is perfect .

Super comfortable, decent material, it has a drawstring neckline so you can adjust it to your comfort level. I am so pleased with this dress. Great buy. Absolutely perfect for what I had in mind for my character.

Look and feel are nice. I had to reorder in a smaller size. I bought for a show piece but found it extra nice. This is a delicate piece and accurate to the period, I think. I returned this for a smaller size. The second fit better but was a bit short for me.

Hätte die Dame auf dem Foto das Kleid in UNIGRÖßE getragen, welches ich erhalten und zurückgeschickt habe, hätte sie geschätzte 4 mal reingepasst. Das es trotzdem durchsichtig ist, hat den Eindruck nicht verbessert. Vielleicht nutzbar, wenn man es bei -20 Grad noch über seine 4 Mäntel trägt *Schulternzuck*Keine Kaufempfehlung.
