Danze D446136 Sirius Eurostyle Paper Holder or Towel Bar, Chrome

I bought this to go along with the handles on my new shower. Since they are not right next to each other its a decent match on the finish and style.PROS:~ Its not cheap, but given the quality, its not too expensive. Compare this to Hansgrohe or other "high end" brands and you can see its a pretty fair price.~ Very easy to install, but lacking specific instructions. First thing is you need to remove the machine screw on the inside of the arm. Once you have that apart, you remove the cast metal base plate and install that to the wall. Once you have decided on your position, put one screw into the round hole. Then using a small level, get the base plate roughly level and drive the second screw into the ellipse shaped slot. If you are going into drywall, instead of driving the screw off the bat, you want to mark the hole for the included drywall anchor. You can make a final level adjustment if needed. Last step is to reassemble and drive the machine screw back into the arm to lock it all together.~ good brushed metal finish. It might not match your other fixtures if they are from a different manufacture though. If you have other Danze Sirius fixtures you will obviously be fine.~ Once mounted it is nice and solid.~ Can be used horizontally or vertically as either a TP roll holder or for a hand towel.CONS:~ nothing to speak ofSummary:This is a really nice fixture if the metal finish and style matches what you already have. I am satisfied with the build quality and would easily recommend this line of fixtures to someone else.

We purchased the Danze Sirius product line to update our guest bath with a more modern look. We purchased two of these products - one as a paper towel holder, the other as towel bar. As a toilet paper holder, you want to point it to the right if you and other members of your household are right-handed. Otherwise the toilet paper will fall off as your tearing it. As a hand towel bar, it is too small (not wide enough). If you fold your hand towel in perfect thirds, the towel hangs off the end around a quarter to a half inch. Danze should consider making one about an inch wider for hand towels. The quality is heavy duty, and design is sleek. Worth the high price.

I bought this is as a replacement for another open-ended toilet paper holder that drove me crazy. It was too short and too close to the wall to allow for anything other than the smallest of toilet paper rolls. This TP holder is the exact opposite. It will hold a Charmin megaroll without any problem. There's plenty of space between the wall and the arm that holds the paper and the arm is long enough to hold a taller roll of paper. It has a nice modern look but would work just as well in a contemporary space. I have absolutely no complaints about this TP holder.

Great quality & is working fine for hanging hand towel near sink in my tiny bathroom. It's not very wide-- buyers be aware that width in Amazon description is incorrect. Entire width is 6 1/2".

Ordered this one + the towel bars to install in the whole house. They work great. Easy to install; holds well. It's particularly good for toilet rolls. For hand towels it could be an inch longer so the towel sits more comfortable but it also works.

purchased to match faucets...of course, I think all these products are too expensive, but what can one do?

We ordered this to go with our faucet but did not take into consideration the fact that it sticks out so far and that we did not have enough clearance next to the toilet to reach around to use it. We didn't get around to needing it until long after we ordered it so we were out of luck. Looks attractive but am not sure how it would work or if the paper would fall off. We ended up having to get a recessed old-fashioned one.

We use two of these as towel holders, and one as a paper holder. We mounted the towel holders vertically. Looks pretty neat that way, holds the towel conveniently without worrying about how to fold the towel to make them fit or hang right and easy to use.
