Sixpack Annie

Glad to see this cheap drive-in classic FINALLY see its way to home video. This is a plain DVD-R and looks really good for this VERY low budget film. They could NEVER get away with making little films like this these days. This is a redneck masterpiece to me (sorry Smokey and the Bandit fans) and this fan of this classic is just glad to have a decent print of this movie. Sad it's a DVD-R with NO special features whatsoever, but I will take it!! It is widescreen 1.85 and is enhanced for widescreen TVs. Thought I would not live to see the day this would get a release. This is cheap format, but it comes from MGM who owns the rights to this movie. They took the risk to release this and I may be one of twelve who probably bought this disc. I am so glad MGM is releasing these drive-in classics on MOD. Just recently added  The Incredible Melting Man  to my collection and glad to grab SIX PACK ANNIE after this looong wait for its release. Hope MGM releases a good widescreen print of THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN on MOD. That's another low budget classic which hasn't seen a DVD release. Love that MGM is giving these little seen classics a chance to be seen.

This is a cute movie and one that we have gotten quick a kick out of watching. It is good to see movies that are not overly hard to understand or figure out. Very refreshing and glad at the end that the women won against the banker. Thank you

Six Pack Annie MovieA campy,fun and raunchy little sleeper of a movie.Funny and nice locales/locations such as South Florida. Sadly wouldn't fly into today's politically correct times.Beautiful Girl,good story not exactly breathtaking film but something to watch.

Great movie from 1975, good comedy writing brings back the good ol' days when the whole movie is like a party and makes you feel warm and comfortable inside.
