Black Truffles
These were tasty and salty, but I didn't realize the amount was quite small, which is too bad. Also they were black truffles and not white.

I purchased this product mulplie times and received a good/great item. However,this last time I ordered it, the truffles were warterlog and very much fell apart when gratings. Big disappointment. Not fresh!! JJC

Black truffles- not white
These are black truffles- not white. The label/instructions clearly explain this and talk about how the black truffles are less prized but more tasty. Just be aware.

When you can't get fresh
Not as good as fresh but it is what it is. Deivery was quick. Great for sauces. Also a lot more affordable.
