I bought this book for myself initially, and liked it so much that I bought it for a friend as a Christmas gift. If you love Instagram like I do and can't get enough of it, this is the book for you. The author, Aimee, is awesome. She fills the book with fun and witty insights and advice on how to be a better Grammar.... and then there are the pictures. Holy moly. Beautiful, vivid, vibrant photos from her own account that demonstrate her successful techniques. It's eye candy -- dozens of photos of gorgeous outfits, amazing scenery, and expertly done selfies. Whether you're a professional who is looking to use Instagram as a platform to promote yourself, or just a regular person like me who wants to step up their game and take better photos, this is the perfect starter kit! Would make a great stocking stuffer or coffee table book!

Great read for people trying to up their Instagame. My friend and I picked up Aimee's new book to help us with our new site [...] so that we could really improve our Instagram account. We are both professional marketers and manage several social media accounts, but we have never done one for a 'lifestyle' company. The book is a nice combination of information, easy reading, and photography. We were able to learn some great (and easy to implement) items that are sure to help us!

This book came out at the EXACT moment that I needed. If you're looking for key insights on how to think about upping your instagram game, photographic inspiration or even just permission to enjoy the hell out of your selfies....THIS IS YOUR BOOK. Aimee did a fantastic job and I simply can't wait to see what I create because of her fabulous book and insights. Now...if only she could teach us a thing or two about Snapchat :)

My wife wanted this book, she is a fashion designer in LA and was interested in her take on being an influencer. My wife said it was a good read, but really basic. Nothing that wasnt already known by anyone using instagram and working in the fashion industry.

Honestly, was pretty surprised I ended up enjoying this book. Though the first few pages were kind of pointless (if you already know Instagram and its lingo) she does offer a lot of great feedback in terms of angles and goals. The author really has thought thoroughly through the Instagram product and it makes sense why she is so successful. Wishing the author the best of luck and hope she enjoys the fruits of her efforts. I even recommended the book to a few friends who don't really use Instagram but would like to get started on it. This was a quick crash course for them. Happy to share :)

Excellent book for someone with 10 followers all the way to someone like me with 124k followers. Great for improving content on your page. I don't normally write reviews, but I saw some negative feedback on here and Aimee does a great job of exactly what the description says. There's no magical button how to get followers, but with great content with context, you will attract the people best fit your aesthetics. Great job Aimee! Highly recommend.

I would have liked information that was more in depth...book came warped...probably because it had been shoved in my mailbox.

The concepts in this book aren't super complex or anything (especially if you're an experienced IGer like me), but then again neither is Instagram! It was great getting an insight into her journey as a blogger and learning some of her top tips. I loved how she provided examples using past pictures from her blog. It was also super refreshing to know a top blogger like her really does just user her phone's camera. She is just strategic enough with planning and editing her shots to make those simple pics look amazing. Thanks Aimee!

Ich wollte verstehen wie Instagram funktioniert, interessiere mich aber nicht die Bohne für Mode. Trotzdem war dieses kleine ebook sehr praktisch für mich. Es erklärt alle möglichen Begriffe mit denen man umgehen muss und gibt daneben viele gute Hinweise, deren Effekt man sofort bemerkt, wenn man sie umsetzt. So konnte ich Instagram recht schnell nach meinen Bedürfnissen ausrichten. Das Buch geht nicht in die Tiefe was eine gewerbliche Nutzung angeht, aber das wäre ohnehin vergeudete Zeit gewesen, da die Sachlage dafür in jedem Land so unterschiedlich ist und man in Deutschland ohnehin sehr eingeschränkt ist. Daher top!
