Q: Are these elevator (height increaing) shoes?

I wouldn't call them "elevator shoes," which are intended primarily to increase height with a higher heel, probably at the expense of comfort. These are are well-designed shoes that are very comfortable and make me feel as though I'm walking on air-filled cushions. At the same time, these shoes will definitely increase your height.

Q: Is it good for 3 to 5 mile walks?

I have not walk that far in them. I were them when I use my elliptical. Very comfortable. Run true to size. It was suggested to get a 11 1/2. I went with size 11. Very pleased

Q: Do they have rocker soles like Hokas or Mbt?

No, they do not, but they do have a thicker bottom sole that is very slightly curved. They are extremely comfortable. My understanding of the purpose of rocker soles is to redistribute the pressure on the foot mostly for foot arthritis or diabetes. This GoRun shoe is not that. Hope my response is helpful.
