terrible service, no warranty
the adapter provided with the DAC got disintegrated (see photo) and the warranty team refused to provide any help despite a number of e-mails exchange and via Amazon and the fact that their own warranty terms cover the cables and adapters. Hidizs tried all sorts of reasons to avoid any help - they started from "adapter is not included in the box", the "warranty does not cover it", "please approach amazon" and eventually suggested that I buy any random adapter from amazon instead of just sending me a new one. I did buy one and it never worked. The bottom line - this is a small Chinese company and not able to provide warranty they commit under their own terms.
