more than half of the small screws attaching the frame and legs to the boards fell of during shipment, more fell off after single use. The boards and frame are almost separating but maybe a couple of these small screws holding it together.I tried to return but I have to affix postage to the return label- item is heavy.Aug 17, 2021 UPDATE: The refund was swiftly implemented. On the request of the seller, I explained the problem and my decision not to send back the item because it is too heavy for me to repack and bring to a facility, aside from the potential additional postage expense. That I will just accept and live with the charge back. The seller advised me that I do not have to return the item and can keep the refund. They were very responsive.

Item was damaged
Item was completely damaged upon arrival. Just opened the box to find it broken. Very displeased and extremely upset over this.
