This is simply an amazing book!
I wasn't too sure about this book and whether it was the right one for me.Well, to be honest, now I am thrilled I bought it. Here is such a wealth of information; certainly focused around endometriosis, but with such a wide scale of other areas where it can be applied, pain relief, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohns disease, Candida and many, many more.The book gives such clear advice and information on the do's and donts of a good diet. I find this great because the marketing of the food industry will try to confuse us, pertaining to have healthy products when they arent. Here, in this book, you have the real facts!There is also a plan on how to get started, shopping lists, recipes with all sorts of flexible variations and much, much more.Honestly? A great buy. I'm delighted I did!

Great book. However have to say the advertised picture of the front cover is very different to the actual book being sold. Can be misleading.

Useful and informative
The design on the front cover looks extremely amateur but i think this is self published - theres an earlier version where i think the cover design looks betterDoesnt suggest any brand names which would be usefulCould have better organisation of contents, chapters and a better indexBut content and recipes are really useful

Very informative
A must have particularly if you're trying to minimise pain killers. Starting the endo diet can leave you wondering what you can eat. Amazing to read how the food we eat performs in our bodies. A lot to take in initially but I find myself referring back to it a lot to check up on things. Not just for endo but for anyone who wishes to eat more natural and healthy food. Also gives you alternative foods to use in place of the no nos which is invaluable, lets face it no one really likes dry muesli or porridge!

Does not make it clear in description that all recipes are vegetarian and that most of them use things like wheat free pasta - I could have figured those out without paying for a book but wanted to look for other ideas and recipes as I don't find many of the wheat free products very nice.views given do not seem very balanced

I have previously bought the paperback of this and passed it onto others because it was such a helpful resource for myself. I downloaded the kindle version to keep the recipes. To any woman going through endometriosis I would say just try it. It really makes a positive difference.
