When this hair curling brush arrived i thought it was rather plasticky and flimsy looking. But, it did heat up and seemed good for curling the hair ends. If you tried to wind your hair around it, chances are they'll get stuck in there, as they did in my case. But before a month is out, the brush has stopped working. First Ifound that the grip was warm but the brush area was totally cold. I touched the plate under the bristles and they were not heating up. I put away the device in case there was some temporary glitch and tried two days later. Nope. Stilll not waming up and what'smore, now the power on light goes off after about 20 seconds. So basically that's it -- it doesnt work. And of course, it's not eligible for return. You can see why.
