The Weeping Tide: Volume 2 (Wilderlore)

My favorite book series by FAR
Wilderlore- The Weeping TideDear Ms. Amanda Foody,(Just a beforehand note, I am eleven. You have the option whether to take this seriously or not.)I enjoyed your book greatly, and for many reasons.First of all, the plot was extremely convincing. I did not see Edwyn and Yasha’s betrayal’s coming at ALL.Secondly, I think writing fiction is difficult because you have to build a new world entirely, and it’s like lying. It will rarely be as sturdy and believable as the truth. Yet, you overcame that challenge smoothly. Also, The way you crafted the world was beautiful. You even showed how people had different views of it, much like real life. For example, some lore keepers hated Elsies and thought Elsies were just ungrateful brats. But others, like Barclay, understood that Elsies had their reasons to fear, no matter how…unreasonable.I would like to add that your character development is amazing. The characters seemed like real people, every question about them answered somehow. And though it was only you writing the main story, you were able to add all those perspectives. It was incredible to me how you alternated your train of thought to write for each character. Flawless work! One thing I would suggest adding is more description on the beasts’ appearances and the environment if possible. While reading the book, I remember finding some particularly good details on a beast, and I kept looking for more, but I felt it lacked a bit.Other than that, everything is great. This is my favorite book series by FAR and that is saying a LOT, just to emphasize it. (I’ve read… a lot of books)P.S- Amazing jacket/ cover design. Amazing! With encouragement,A cool beans reader
