Could be better I wake up still in pain with cramps & spasms pins & needles.This has not help much in my case.Don’t let it put you off as it might with for you. There are better ones out there in the market had I know this I would have purchased elsewhere.Description and wording could be better I thou I was getting a large I got a small looks like a single size.

This blanket is perfectly weighted so it hugs you all over, was -2° last night but I slept like a baby. Also has loops all around so you can attach a cover if you want but it’s also nice without. 4 stars because of the lack of information about sizing. The measurements are a bit weird, I got 152*203cm and it fits my single bed well, covers all edges like a normal duvet does but it won’t fit a king sized bed all around.

Love it. I originally had another 200 x 150cm but it was too small for a king bed in my opinion. I found this one which was the perfect size, just a little bit bigger then the duvet.It a good weight and very relaxing to sleep in.

It’s a good quality blanket and has improved my sleep pattern Money well spent

Very comfortable and i do think it makes me sleep better - when not accompanied by three small children. If anything i would go for a heavier one next time - thos one is 10kg. It is comfy, keeps me cool (bizarrely) and great value for money

This has been a good buy. It's helped me relax at bedtime which is something I've struggled with.

The product is very very good and useful. After first night, being something new for me, I thought I don't like it and I start the procedure to return the item. BUT I didn't have time to send it in the first day, so I decided to give it a second try in the next night. It was amazing. I've decided to keep it. Incredible but it is improving my blood circulation. And have other benefits too but I'm not telling you. :)
