Okidata 42126604 Printer Image Drum (Black)

Just an OKI Printer drum. Have NEVER gotten a bad part from OKI and would NEVER again purchase any other laser printer. OKI is the MOST RELIABLE printers we have ever had!!! Went through 5 HP printers to our ANCIENT OKI C5150n (which by the way is still running and NEVER has had a service issue to this day), and we did just purchase a NEW OKI C610cn or dn, can't remember which BUT, did this just in case the ancient C5150 decides to give out considering it is 6 to 8 years old I believe, BUT, still running perfectly and awesome.

I tried to save money by using a compatible drum in my printer. NEVER AGAIN. Had to get rid of that and bought this genuine one. It was a great price and worked great.

The problem was the Black color does not print in longitudinal stripe (from top to bottom) stripe is about 3 characters wide (XXX) other colors print good.This new genuine OKI image drum fixed the problem. It was easy to install. Instructions are printed on the box. I printed the test page and the streaks were gone!

prompt delivery, right product, properly packaged, but simply too expensive for my tastes.It might have been valued better had it included toner with the drum. Most of the time a failed drum requires a new toner cartridge anyway.

I expected the product to be a genuine Okidata product, instead it was a "comparable" product. There were no instructions for installation. I was disappointed. I'm sure the product sent is acceptable, it is just not what I thought I was purchasing.

I bought this color laser printer years ago, and I have been using it hard during all that time. The only thing I have to do is to feed it paper and ink which is easy to do.Having had both inkjet and color laser printers I can say that the laser is far superior so if you can pry the money out of your wallet you are making a good move both now and over time.

Received the wrong item, only option to return item is replace with same, this does not work for me. I need the right item.

Good quality product delivered promptly. Worked as intended. Reset the drum counter to prevent false warnings. What more can anyone say?
