I love this invigorating and refreshing smell.

I’ve been using doTERRA Breathe for years, and even though the formula has changed a little over time, it’s still one of my absolute favorites. It really helps with congestion! I notice a difference almost immediately when it is applied before bed. It opens up my airways and makes breathing so much easier, especially during allergy season or when I’m feeling stuffy. What surprised me is how calming it is, too. I use it when I’m feeling anxious, and it helps me relax and unwind. It’s become part of my nightly routine and something I don’t want to be without. Even with the slight changes in formula, it still works wonderfully. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something natural that helps both with breathing and stress relief.

My first one lasted 3+ years (I didn't use it everyday), but the scent stayed strong. I used it on my chest to help me breathe at night with my allergies. It doesn't give me pimples. :P The only issue I've ever had with it is the twisting part sometimes needs some work.

I like a healthier alternative to Vicks rub. I first tried it when I had bronchitis at the recommendation of a friend, I would blot it on my temples and inside my wrists and a little under my nose...it was so soothing and eventually my coughs subsided and I was able to fall asleep. I use now almost daily as a way to calm myself for bed. It really has worked for me. It's not too greasy either, although after a couple of weeks, it starts to naturally break down and get a little more oily. Overall, this has been a great product for me!
