Very useful belt

Items look great and quality is really good. You can easily wear it inside your tees or shirts. You sweat alot while wearing it but there is no sign of sweat outside belt on your clothes.

Nice to use

The belt itself is very wide in length, uncomfortable at time for me to use and bend since I do have a butt. It's longer than what I expected I guess I didn't really consider this when purchasing. Other than this belt is sturdy does work well and makes me sweat. It is of great quality and do use it at time in gym during workout.

After 2 uses, I noticed a black dust on my skin. After 6 uses, there was even more. The material that touches the skin disintegrates, leaving black dust on your skin and clothes.Also, you don't sweat more using this than by not using it. The sweat that accumulates between it and your skin is mostly from sweat that travels down from your upper body when you exercise.

This is an amazing product that I highly recommend, I have been wearing this waist band for about 5 days since I recieved it and have already lost 3 inches in my waist. The only flaw I see with it is it tends to bend at the top of the wen I bend over or crouch down. Even with that I highly recommend it. Be careful with the sweat when you take it off.

Quick delivery, but as far as dropping some pounds not quite, just makes a lot of sweat to wipe off in the area in use and some mild bruises near the Velcro straps. But for weight lost belly fat no no !!!

I really like it so far, you feel support on your back and stomach areas immediately. The only issue is that it can cause some itching and doesn't smell very good. Hopefully it will help me lose some weight as well. (I've only used it twice so far)
