Extremely comfortable and fit well. Im 172cm and 104kg, It was a super easy setup. I used this over a 40' cliff, building an overhang porch, super glad I got this, as it made it a lot more comfortable than my last harness. Great price! Very well built and durable. 100% would recommend!

I've been professionally climbing for over 2 decades. This harness will help if falling but working in it is absolutely awful. The lanyard rings are so far back on the waist it's almost impossible to see them while wearing it and when you are a lanyard it squeezes your torso. If your belly is 12 o'clock and you spine is 6 o'clock those rings are at 8 and 4. The waist and leg straps can't be adjusted comfortably either. The loops for attaching anything else to are far back as well. If you need a harness to be legal in a lift fine but doing anything other than standing still in it sucks.

Buy this and be safe, I feel safe in it repelling down hillsides, and mountains I live it comfy and quality and adjustable. Best value for your buck knowing you can safely perform your work.
