works great on thick heavy toe nails that regular clippers can't handle, would recommend these

Good quality but the hard part is deciding how to angle the clippers to get the correct cut. Suggest to have regular style clippers on hand to have different nail cut options, especially for toe nails.

I'd have given this a five star rating except for one very serious flaw. They're too small!!! They're well made and will last me for the rest of my life. I'm amazed at the difference in effort required to use these clippers compared to the pair of equally made clippers I've been using for 30 years. But why on earth did the engineers design them for an infants toenails?! Since they are so sharp and cut so well, I found that the first time I used them I had to be very careful. I kept getting a section of the toenail cut leaving a jagged segment of the nail still attached. Then the problem was to try to get the remainder of the nail removed without leaving a jagged cut. I haven't looked up whether they make a straight blade as opposed to the curved one I bought, but I STRONGLY recommend anyone buying this to go for it!

I love that I can clip nails of any thickness on toes or fingers. Clippers are very well constructed and I expect will last for years. Great price, great quality. Ihighly recommend!!!!!!!
