Product is good. It's totally matte. I was expecting a semi-shiny finish as per photo provided but nonetheless look wise it is still very pretty. If you have this awkwardness/sensitivity to rough surfaces, this is not for you. Also, heat transfer from the liquid to the cup is very fast since the ceramic is very porous. If you happen to pour a hot liquid it is very hot to hold the cup even just for drinking but the content's temperature is already cooler since much of the heat is transferred to the cup already. Over all, it's a good product but can be better.
