I purchased the 8mm pair of captive bead rings. The metal is great quality however this makes the ring incredibly difficult to bend. The size of the ring may have something to do with that. Expect to need pliers. The ball is also very difficult to put back in place.

I love these hoops and they don't cause me any allergic reactions but the one issue I have is getting the small ball to click into the hoop can be a bit challenging. Other than this, it's worth the price.

Omg! Awesome! I purchased these CBR EARRINGS, and they are my very "first" pair of (CBR) Earring's. First of all, they are perfectly made & beautiful! And I received them in 2 day's, I was pleasantly surprised. *Shawn was awesome, couldn't ask for better Customer Service response, when asking a question. I must say, that It's very hard to ever get that kind of help inside a store, sadly enough nowaday's . The amazing thing was since these were my very first pair of CBR'S, i was a little apprehensive of how long/hard it would take to put these kind of earring's on, and I was sooo shocked, I had gotten both earring's on, within the "very first" try. I was amazed! I just looked at the little indentation on the ball, and put them right up to the Ring while looking into the mirror and barely push it in, and wahla! They were on... I had been checking out numerous (CBR) EARRING'S on AMAZON, trying to decide if i should go to the shopping mall or keep searching on Amazon, we'll i ended up choosing; Shawn @ (Kinzie Fashion) /in Hebron Kentucky, and am I glad I did. *And, i'm sure I will be purchasing with (Kinzie Fashion) again in the future. *I had put them on early this morning and I have had them in all day and it's now 9.pm. Ok, so I don't do reviews very often, but hope this will be helpful to some. I am in my mid 50s, so please take that into account. Meaning that I wouldn't normally wear this type of earring at all. I got my ears pierced, higher up the ear, near the cartilage, and I was having a hard time getting them to heal. Sleeping is a nightmare because of where the piercings are, and they were becoming infected from regular earrings, with the push-on back. So, I decided to give these a try. Just let me say, if you don't have small fingers and thumbs, these are really difficult to get on! The ball is very small, and very slippery. I think I just got lucky and finally heard the ball snap in, after several attempts, and dropping the ball, no pun intended. On the second ear, I tried so many times, and just kept bending the earring without being able to get the ball attached. I finally gave up in frustration and waited for a second type of earring, which I ordered at the same time, to arrive. It was difficult to put in too, so I have two different earrings in, one in each ear ;-) So, if you get easily frustrated, and have no experience with the catch type of earring, you might want to pass on these! The depressions in the ball, which have to click in to the space between the wires, is very shallow, and you have to hold the ball just right to line it up, and then you have to apply pressure to try to make it seat. Not an easy feat, and probably took me an hour just to get one earring in! I wish you luck!!

I was highly impressed by these hoops. For the price, I was expecting something not nearly as high a quality as these were. My skin is super sensitive, especially to jewelry. I have a hard time keeping any sort of piercing in for more than a few hours at a time. I will admit that my holes that I stuffed these suckers into wasn't quite large enough, and I should have probably spent a little time stretching them. Do NOT do what I did by sterilizing a large, blunt sewing needle to push through my lower lobe to make the hole bigger (OW!). I am wearing this on my lower lobe and not a cartilage like most people probably would. For the lower lobe, they are a little large on hoop size, but just barely! Even on the first day, including with the torture to my ears, I couldn't even feel these babies in! I haven't taken them out since, and I've had them for quite a long time. No pain, no fuss, most of the time I forget that they are in my ears. The balls are tension held, not screw in, just fyi. I thought that was going to be a problem, and I expressed that concern to the seller. It hasn't been an issue in the slightest.Do yourself a favor, if you're looking at these rings, get them. You won't be disappointed.

Earrings are just as described. They are a little heavy, but I was wearing studs before. I got used to the weight after a few days.Shipping took a little longer then hoped, but that's not the suppliers fault

The little ball bearings fall out incredibly easily. It's also very hard to put them on by yourself
