Great for chlorophyll absorption.

This is a great product not because it's from tried and tried Nature's Way, but because it's Alfalfa! We often need to eat stuff to keep our guts healthy n alfalfa is one of those things. Cured... CURED me of IBS, Spastic Colon and other gut issues some years ago. I've told many people of my experience using alfalfa (and aloe vera and 'food combining' to nourish my guts back to health and many of them have told me how much it helped them. Check out old Dr Bernard Jensen and what he says about Alfalfa. It's helping our 93 y.o. mom with her gut issues. Good stuff! Maintaining yer gut maintains yr life!

I've used this product for years and of all the Alfalfa products out there, this is the most pure and good! It is great for a natural water retention eliminator and a huge Vitamin K provider - which is great for low platelets and many other health benefits!

These help to boost my breastmilk supply. I exclusively pump and notice when my supply goes up or down from day to day. These seem to boost by 1-2 oz per day. I also know that they are actually getting into my system because my sweat smells like cows - hahaha not the best side effect, but it’s worth it to me for the boost in milk production. I take it with moringa from spring valley, and those are the only nursing supplements I am taking currently (I tried every single nursing supplement out there!) They seem to do great things for me!
