My dog loves this gator. It’s one of his favorite toys - especially when we put canned cheese or peanut butter in the designated area. As he licks it off, the tiny rubber oblongs cleans his teeth. He’s had it almost a year now and it still looks pretty good. Some of the coloring has come off at the eyes. But it’s still in great shape, still squeaks, and though heavy for a 15 lb dog, he is able to carry it around. The only problem is that he thinks it’s a throw toy, something I can throw so he can retrieve it. But it’s too heavy to toss - I don’t want it breaking the glass in any of my cabinets.I would highly recommend it.

My dog loves this toy! At first I was iffy about getting it because my dog she's an American Staffordshire pit terrier mix and she's a HEEAVVYYY HEAVY chewer can't buy her "durability" toys with squeakers from the store because she will rip them all up and take the squeakers out and this helps her alot with her chewing, its a little wear and tear but it's almost been a month and still counting and she loves it!, Still squeaks and stands strong, whenever it's really like on it's last leg I will be buying another, WORTH THE MONEY

The body of the toy help up for a golden doodle that destroys toys. However, the stringy bits on it that I assume are for teeth cleaning did not hold up. He was able to pull at them and snip them off. Without those pieces I would recommend for dogs that destroy toys, but with them I would say try something else without the little bits on it. I still give it a 4 because otherwise it has lasted a couple weeks.

My 1 1/2 yr old pitador loves this toy. It's been 3 months and it's still in tact. Still squeaks too. I'm glad I bought it because he normally destroys toys in minutes. Saved quite a bit of money already. Definitely buying again if this one ever gets old.

I have an aggressive chewer and he could not chew hard enough to squeak. He does not like. Will not buy again. It does seem sturdy.

Our 4yo pit bull mix can destroy a toy in minutes! This toy has lasted for weeks without any damage, and it gets chewed on for a couple of hours, daily. The chewing seems to have cleaned my boy’s teeth, too. I am very pleased with this product.
