Q: I love the quality of the bag but for the life of me i cannot figure out how to install the bag on my wall. Can someone help?

Dear customer, there is a manual inside the package with the product, please check. For the installation, you need an electric drill gun to drill holes in a suitable position on the wall, then put the expansion screws in and assemble it with the product.

Q: Is there anyway to soften the noise to the wall?

Can the soundproofing sponge be installed on the wall, or on the wood plank on the wall like everyone else?

Q: Can I buy an extra mounting bracket? I want to mount it at two significantly different heights and be able to move the bag from one mount to another.

Dear customer, sorry for the inconvenience caused, we don't sell the bracket separately.

Q: can this handle heavy punches

It really just depends where you anchor it to. My husband screwed it to the wall in the garage but did not anchor it not screw it to the studs so it came down really easily when my son started punching it.
