This product is not what you are paying for the materal used to make bucket is of cheap quality. The handle is also not that good i have expected some better product from scotch bright not upto the mark although amazon delivery is good and before time.

Very poor quality. Plastic is very thin and feable. No sturdiness in the bucket. Don't believe this will last more than 4 months.

Excellent product from 3M, initially I had a doubt on material , when read earlier reviews. Regarding product the tub is plastic and steel drum(little thin) and mop quality is very good and nice grip

Very good as compared two other mopes in this range.... one thing I would like to mention that it's durability and rod is very strong and spin speed is very good which dilutes all the impurities in water.... I think these features should be enough to declare a mop excellentWhat I dislike in this mop is the fixing point of rod and washing bucket it's little unstable brand should work over it that fixing point should be very clear and when we attach rod to washing point it should be fix immediately it takes two or three seconds to adjust on to the spin point.. overall review is excellent

the bucket handle is not fixed properly it comes off as its not fixed properly and cant hold weight. even the handle used to pull the bucket using wheels came off and even after trying to keep it back number of times it still comes off. tried to contact customer care dint get call back

ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCT DETAILSThis product is very well built. It needs some assembly like fitting the three parts of the mop handle, the base, the mid spinner lock and the topmost handle which you will hold. Finally you have to press fit the mop head to the base which is the microfiber part. It comes with two microfiber mop heads. Finally the handle to pull the mop bucket must also be assembled, its a press fit arrangement. Bottom line, the assembly is very easy but requires patience. If you don't do it properly, you could damage the locks or end up with not properly locked parts. This is why you see video reviews of people showing handles, mop heads coming off. Not a product defect. They were simply not assembled properlyUSABILITYThe product is super easy to use. The microfiber is super absorbent and cleans well. The metallic spinner is sturdy and spins fast and smooth without resistance. Mop head thus dries fast. It also has a drain plug to drain the water. It also comes with a dispenser where you can store the floor cleaner and use it while cleaning.COST - VALUE FOR MONEY?I bought it during a sale and got it very cheap, hence super VFM for me. Buy during a sale or on offer day.ANY CONS?Needs assembly, which might be a con for some, not for me. Comes with two mop heads, again might be a con for some. The spin bowl is smooth and works very well. Micro fibre mop cleans very well. Bucket pull handle is short and thin. Draining takes time. Purchased just a week back. Cannot comment about life as of now.Good value for money.
