Has really helped me with my multiple symptoms (arrhythmia, migraines, leg cramps)
After much self diagnosis, I have concluded that I have issues with potassium.Short story long: I have had strange "symptoms" since I was a teenager. The most concerning symptom is my irregular heart beat (arrhythmia). I can feel my heart start dancing around. It skips beats, does this weird double beat thing, and gets really out if beat. When it happens I get dizzy, sometimes short of breath, and it actually hurts sometimes when it is a strong episode. It will last from a few beats to around an hour (at which time I am usually getting ready to go in for medical help). I actually was sent to a heart doctor for a while, but other than saying that I had arrhythmia, he did nothing. I noticed quite by accident one time that if I drank a coconut water when I was having an episode, the episodes seemed to end not too long after. Consequently, even though I hate the flavor of coconut water I was always forcing it down, and always taking it everywhere with me.So that was my normal, until I got a new job. My new job involves a lot of walking and a lot of exercise. Suddenly, not only was I having long lasting arrhythmia episodes, I was also getting leg cramps (Charlie Horses) and my migraines were getting really bad. I went from having a migraine every couple of months to having one every week, sometimes for days at a time. It was nasty.I realized that I couldn't live like that, and I tuned up my web medical degree (just joking, I am definitely not a doctor of any sort) and started reading about potassium. I decided that potassium was definitely worth a try. Since it said that you would have to eat 10 bananas to get your daily potassium dose (can you say hello constipation?) I figured that the powder would be a lot easier and would not gag me like coconut water. So this is how I got to where I have been taking a half of a teaspoon of this potassium daily. It has been working really well for me! I have had only 1 migraine and no leg cramps in the last month or so. I have still had some mild arrhythmias, but they have not been strong and have not lasted long at all. I don't care for the taste of the potassium, so I mix it with powdered Gatorade that I of course bought here on Amazon (the blue flavor called Glacier Freeze is my favorite for hiding the flavor). At first, I immediately jumped into a "large" dose of the potassium when I got it because I was feeling really desperate (1 teaspoon 2x per day for the first 5 days). It didn't upset my stomach. Strangely enough the first few times that I took it I felt really relaxed and sleepy like I had just had a glass of wine but without the buzz. I then backed down to the half a teaspoon per day and it seems to be working. To reiterate, I am not a doctor, and I cannot begin to guess what might work for you. But for me, this powder has been amazing. I am a much happier person.P.S. I was not paid or reimbursed for this review. I am just sharing my experience because I really wish that I had found this stuff a long time ago. This is the first potassium that I have bought, so I am unable to compare this one to any others.

It's the Real Deal
There is no CAS# on the package but seems to be a near pure package of anydrous potassium citrate (CAS 866-84-2).It is a white, odorless crystalline powder that is mildly tart and slightly salty as expected. It dissolves quickly in cool or warm water as expected...you'll see it settle at the bottom and quickly disappear into solution, largely akin to table salt.Given how many powdered supplements around here do not match their expected chemical properties, I hope this helps others in their purchase decisions.Lot# B2P25LExp: 02/2027

The best dietary potassium
Potassium Citrate is the natural food form of potassium. When you eat vegetables and fruit this is the kind of potassium you get. It is also the most powerful in-vivo anionic surfactant. That means it causes particles in the blood to separate from each other, the opposite of clotting, so it might prevent stroke without side effects of the killer warfarin. It cures constipation, read "The Fiber Menace." Add 1/2 tsp to OJ with each meal. Don't eat it without food. You lost one star because the bag zipper broke after only a few uses. Please improve the bag quality.

Save hundreds of dollars…literally
I had a coupon code for LMNT and I bought the variety pack and included was chocolate flavored and chocolate caramel and chocolate mint (?). I loved those flavors but not the price and I didn’t like the ratio of electrolytes (heavy on sodium lite on potassium). I was looking for an electrolyte high in potassium. So I bought this and made my own high potassium chocolate flavored electrolyte drink. Here’s my recipe….3 scoops of the potassium power, one good squirt of sweet leaf chocolate stevia sweetener and one heaping teaspoon of Anthony Dutch Processed Dark Chocolate powder and hot water. Whisk it up with a pat of good butter and you have a delicious electrolyte drink for a cold winter day. A 15 pack of individual serving LMNT STICKS IS $24. A bag of micro ingredients potassium cost that and has 3875 servings!!!! You can also combine Sweet Leaf Stevia chocolate drops with the salted caramel flavor drops….so good!

It helps me, wish I could say more.
But they consider that giving medical advice. I am a mechanic, not a doctor. But it does help and much less expensive than commercial products for making my own sports drinks.I hope that helps you.
