Great Rope
I've used every type of jump rope and this is the best for the money. I'm a life-long JKD practitioner, so jump roping is a staple. They wear out only a little faster than more expensive ropes. The handles are lighter weight than the bulky-handled ropes so your wrists will not get so tired. You can add wrist weights as you strengthen your wrists. If you want a little extra life out of the rope (as I do since I go through them), then use duck tape under the handles and at the middle of the rope (where it touches the ground). These are the three highest frequency break points.
