Looks great & well built
Looks great in our kitchen. I have had this item for over 10 months and it still looks brand new. Easy to clean, strong and well built, nothing broke off yet, like cheaper bins I have purchased in the past.

Packaging could really improve to keep customers happy.
The product is very good. The packaging was very poor. No support (cushion) on the sides of the item. Product has a small dent to the right bottom side. Could have been prevented if packaged with care.
