How tall is it from the ground to the lowest setting for the keyboard tray? What about the higher 2nd level, lowest table setting?

Gave this as a gift. I can tell you at its lowest setting it is several inches taller than advertised. To lower it farther I hand to removed rear shelf support screws and even then it was taller than advertised.

Can you mount two monitors via arms on this desk?

You might… The top is just over a half inch thick and the distance from the back edge to the metal bar is 2 inches. So it would depend on the clamp of the arm. It may also depend on the weight/size of your monitors. The desk itself is quite sturdy and I imagine the weight of the monitors on the arm would not be able to upset the balance, the only other concern I personally would have would be if the weight could affect the integrity of the the wood, it’s not solid wood but particle board. Also, if you are able to make it work, I would probably be extremely careful moving it around on a rug.

Can anyone provide the height measurement from the floor to the bottom keyboard tray?

It’s adjustable so based on the original assembly measurements, it would be about 28.75” at the lowest and at the highest a little under 41”. I did lower mine by 3+” by using a pipe cutter to remove 3” off each pipe to get it where I needed it. It is also now the absolute lowest it can go at about 25” (bottom of tray to floor).
