Leaf Net Skimmer Clip, In-Ground Swimming Pools and ONLY 1.9" Steel Ladder Handrails (Net Not Included), Leaf Rake Ladder Attachment

The media could not be loaded. My ladder isn't of sufficient girth for this device to mount so I rolled my own solution. I created an extended arm mount using an old skimmer mount arm and bolted this skimmer holder to it. It works very well and holds the skimmer net in place.This mount has a slit cutout where your net's pin goes in to keep it from rotating due to the water current. I have been running this a couple of days on my above ground pool and this solution really does help remove floating debris that doesn't make it into the suction skimmer basket.

Great little product. I was not able to fit it on my stair rail (my rail is square), but I was able to attach it to a piece of PVC pipe that I clamped to the top rail of my above ground pool at the skimmer opening. Just what I was looking for last year to hold my skimmer head!

I have a pretty standard in-ground pool, nothing fancy, but not cheap either. This clip did not fit my ladder or the step rail in the shallow end. It looks like it would work, but no dice for me.

I have to put it at an angle in order to get it to fit when connecting to the pool ladder. Would be better if it was a little bit longer.

Worked as described and a good way to help catch debris. Would be better if it actually had a swivel on it so you could customize the setup. Best to get a net with a flat side on it so it butts up to the edge of the pool waterline tile or side. A nice cheater for when you can’t skim regularly. May need to adjust your return jet flow

This thing is a simple piece of plastic but does the job at holding the net and catches a lot of leaves during storms. Good invention!

This is a really helpful item. It's not 100% going to clear up the leaves in your pool, but I know that when I use it in conjunction with net, it's always got enough stuff in it in 24 hours to justify the purchase. Well worth it and every bit helps with pool maintenance. Side note, if you think it's unsightly to leave your pool net just hanging around on your ladder, I get that. BUT, if you take the net off, you can still leave this connected and it's barely noticeable (obviously doesn't work without the net though). I'm saying leave this attached and take your net in an out if it bugs you to see the net there all the time. Fits our ladder perfectly and it didn't make me nervous putting it on...didn't feel like it was going to snap at all.
