I have tried all Litmann and Welch Allyn Stethoscopes and compared to this masterpiece, none comes close enough.It's well built, it's comfortable and a true audiophile Stethoscope, I would recommend looking no further.PS: It comes with a life time warranty. If you need replacement of ear tips/diaphragm, just write to ADC and they will ship them to you for free. Also they provide free refurbishment of Stethoscope at no cost. However you will have to pay the courier and custom duties involved.

I used a similar model from this maker back in residency until it wore out. I couldn't find this brand when I had to replace the old one several years ago. I was happy to find this and since I have been using it, it has felt like finding an old friend. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences regarding stethoscopes, but this is the one for me.

This stethoscope is excellent at auscultating cardiac sounds and breath sounds. Comparing to Littman, the quality is significantly better. Very pleased with this purchase.

As an ICU nurse you must be able to hear subtle changes in the assessments you make and this instrument makes it possible. A little heavy but easily some of the best acoustics out there.

ADC does not disappoint. I love my 600 Cardiology I hear every small heart and lung sound. The price does not break the budget.

Broke within 2 weeks of its arrival. Truly disappointed. Worked well up until that time.
