Bit weird
This mix comes with some seaweed which isn’t part of the ramen that you would get in the restaurant, and the flavour of the soup base isn’t the same either. We ended up adding miso paste and removing most of the seaweed. I won’t be buying this again, it just doesn’t taste anything like the restaurant version unfortunately

Good kit with everything you need which is great but the seaweed provided overpowers the rest of the dish when cooked and the chicken broth. If you like this then awesome, but personally this was too much

That's all I could taste. If you like seaweed, maybe that's okay, but for someone who only likes it in relatively small or subtle doses, this was more like licking a slimy rock at the beach. I usually eat something if I'm not that fussed on it but it's edible. This I threw away entirely.The rest of the kit wasn't particularly inspiring either. Didn't seem like much in the way of noodles for two full adult portions. The broth without the seaweed was...okay. No great shakes. Unsurprisingly, I won't be bothering with this again.

35p instant noodles are better.
I hate food waste & rarely throw food out. This whole bowl got flushed down the loo as I couldn't stand the thought of it contaminating my bin. The seaweed was stomach churning, smelt of rotting fish skin, picked it all out & still couldn't eat it. Noodles were slimy & weird. I'm a big fan of Ramen so looked forward to this, has put me off Wagamama for life. Get some 35p instant noodles & make your own.

A big swing and a miss ramen kit
Bought a couple of these on sale and really regret it.It's basically a cheaply made "kit" with a big price tag and wagamama name slapped on it.The noodles are cheaply made in China and it shows in the taste. Another reviewer mentioned they give the broth an odd taste which is definitely true. There also isn't really enough for two decent portions unless you're having a light lunch.The seaweed is oddly the best bit, but overpowering and the sesame seeds are ok, but just seeds.You can do much better just buying some Nissin Ramen noodles for about 60p and then sourcing a little seaweed and seeds separately for a much lower price tag and improved flavour of both noodle and broth. The Nissin 60p noodles are definitely budget, but taste so much better despite the fact.

Unpleasant smell and taste
I quite like Wagamama restaurant food. I love dried fish and seaweed. However, when prepared, this soup kit smelt like overpowering rotten fish and tasted foul. Expensive waste as I had to throw it away. Definitely won’t be buying again.

Nothing to do with Japanese ramen
I would give it 3 stars if it was cheaper but for the price I paid I was expecting authentic Japanese ramen, not a westernised version
