Great belt! Holds a 45lb plate easily. Comfortable fit!

Used only for dips. Belt itself feels very nice and sturdy. I've loaded 2 45lb plates on and haven't been a problem. Only complaint is that the chain is small and the length is kinda short. Other than that, was a great belt for a good price

It is actually well made. I've put two plates on, had no issue. Chain for me is the right length and I'm on the short side of 6 feet tall. I can't tell you about the padding because I'm not a pansy. I use this to become ridiculous like Ronaldo or Serena. Get one if you agree.

Needed a weight belt. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on one; I decided this was good value for money. If you're built like Eddie Hall or Hafthor Bjornsson, this may be too small. Frankly, I was reluctant on getting this at first since reviewers noted they didn't get the chain. But I decided to take a chance. Quality isn't bad, all the attachment points are double cross stitched. I like that it's not padded so fits nicely in my already full gym bag & doesn't add too much weight. For now, I'll give it 3 stars since I've not had it for very long, but I'm satisfied with it.

The most weight ive put on the belt was 55 but so far its been good and has held up.

The belt is made well, sturdy and strong enough to hold my iron plates.

This belt has been a great addition to my workout bag. It folds up incredibly small and takes up almost no room. It is strong as I have not concerns supporting 50+ lbs doing dips and pull ups with it.
