Can i use the product on thick toenails to make them thinner?

Sure you can use this electric nail buffer to make think toenails thinner. You can use the Sapphire Cone and Cylindrical milling cutter to thin your toe nails, Fine Sapphire Disk to shape, and finally the Felted Cone to file. Hope this helps.
