Wrong information given
They sent the chipsi hay which is worst .. it has very bad rotten smell with brown dustu texture. My rabbit won't even touch it.. The photo of the product indicates that it's loose hay from hay bale.. but in reality it's just brown dusty smelly chipsi hay..

Package of dry grasses.
These are completely dry grasses. Not green colour. My rabbit doesn't like very much but eats sometimes.
