Yes, it seems silly to put such a big looking case on such a small remote. However, I have a teenage boy in the house and the remote does seem to travel around the house and get misplaced. Having the AirTag in the case is pretty cool. The added bulk for the AirTag makes it really comfy to fit into the hand. Overall this is a great accessory for the updated Apple TV remote. Wow I never thought I would search for a TV remote case unless I started to lose it every other day. So the purpose was to find one with putting air tag in it. But actually it works very well even without this option. The Apple Remote finally feels so good in a hand! And looks good! Air tag options is a nice addon.

It often felt like our remote was always missing, and using the 'find the remote' feature on our phone wasn't very effective. Now, with the Apple Tag, we can play a sound to locate the remote more easily. It's a great accessory for the Apple TV Remote.

This thing doesn't glow. If it does, it must take direct sunlight to charge it and total darkness to reveal it. In the average persons media room, it'll never give off any appreciable glow. That aside, the thing does do the job of making the skinny remote easier to hold, and makes it not immediately slide in between the couch cushions. The airtag spot is nice to have too, as it does make locating them a bit easier than just using the phone app.
