Turns off randomly
Not to happy. It will randomly just not work. And then when it comes back on it will show it still has battery life. Also I can not send it back because there is no location drop off near me.

Have Asked For Watch Replacement
UPDATE: After several emails the watch seems to be working again a of today. Hopefully it will stay this way!This is my second iTouch watch. First one lasted 4 years. Received this watch January 25, 2023. Set up was easy & it worked as it should. Two weeks ago the language kept changing to Chinese, English preferred. Was able to switch it back, but why should you have to keep doing that. Also, the watch no longer comes alive when you move your hand/arm/wrist. Have to tap or push the button to see the time. It's gotten to the point where the app no longer accepted changes to the watch. Trashed the app & reinstalled several times, but now the watch won't pair. Have contacted customer support from iTouch to see about a replacement.

Only works sometimes
I want to love this but the connection issues that it has on the app are crazy! The app will never connect to the watch, doesn’t track metrics correctly, and the settings don’t save. The settings on the watch itself don’t save either and it will randomly power off. Really the only use for me so far has been telling the time. I threw the box away already or I would return it :(

great watch though band issues
I love the watch though the following are an issue. Watch band comes loose around wrist. Moist air will cause it to stick to your arm, then when adjustment makes it to much of an adjustment causing it to fall off wrist to much to stop this. I was going to return this item based on my experience with watchband, but i like the watch itself, so i am keeping it. Please NOTE: in the picture isn't the watchband that came with this watch. I ordered leather band and it fits perfectly and no issues with moisture causing band to stick to your wrist and having to adjust the watch accordingly to moisture. I am now pleased with the watch after I purchased leather band. I recommend this watch based on quality, price and features i was looking for.
