Kinesiology Tape - 5M Precut K Tape Roll - Premium Athletic Tape - Support and Prevent Injuries - Multiple Colors Available

I use this when I over-stress my knee or ankle (previous injuries). It is pricey but works. For me, it will last up to 48 hours. I carry it when I travel to hike so I don't spend any of the vacation time sitting around. I also use ACE wraps. Remove the ace after a big hike and leave the Kines tape on the joint.

Can't get along without it post surgery. The darker colors do last longer as suggested by customer service. I don't get, but don't question, how this tape works but it does!! Customer service is awesome. With all the brands on the market I have found EndvR to be the far superior brand. I keep a box of rolls in different colors at all times. I always make certain I order from Theratape on Amazon. Their products are always current (tape that is old does not stick), and their customer service is so knowledgeable if you have a question.

Love kinesiology tape! This tape doesn't disappoint.

Does not adhere as well as rock tape that I have used before. I'm lucky to get 24 hours out of the tape :(

This tape is similar to KT tape and Rock tape, but definitely inferior. It does not stick as well as those other two brands. When I recently needed to use tape on my back, I had some of this left over from about a year ago when I was trying out different brands that I needed for arch support in my feet. It was okay for my feet, though it didn't stay on for more than half a day, and definitely not once it got wet. When I used it on my low back - more sensitive skin - the area it covered broke out in horrible, painful blisters within a day. I had used KT tape in the same place for the entire previous week without any issues before using the Strength tape, so I know it's just something about the adhesive on sensitive skin on this one.
