A gift for my daughter in law
This was a gift for my daughter in law for Christmas. She absolutely loved it and gave me a little history about him. She said the detail looked like finely carved wood and that she would treasure him always. I am very happy with this special purchase that pleased her so much.

Poorly shipped
As collectors of Jim Shore know, the boxes are important. This Santa was simply placed into a plastic shipping bag, and sent. The Santa inside wasn’t damaged, but the box and styrofoam were crushed.

Jim Shore, the artist, the craftsman, never fails to please. Over the years, I've bought a number of Jim Shore items, and it's difficult to choose a favorite. This year as Christmas gifts, I'm giving Jim Shore Santas to honor my children's heritage--Czech, German, Irish, Scottish, and Polish. These special Santa figurines will be treasured for generations to come.
