Ordered the 2 pack. One was great, looks fine. Second one has blue epoxy or wax in the trouble spots. I understand these are natural materials with multiple imperfections, and I have zero issue with using epoxy to fill in the gaps. But to use blue epoxy doesn’t make sense, and seems like corner cutting for what might be used to coat and seal the bottom to the walls.*edit*Seller of this product reached out after my initial review and offered a full refund. After explaining one of the cups was fine in the two pack and a full refund wasn’t necessary, they offered to send me another 2 pack as well as a little something extra. Not only that, but they took the time to explain the defect and how it could have happened. Customer service was amazing, and I would 100% trust ordering anything this seller offers. Cheers.

Got a new set sent! They are durable and extremely pleasing to the eyes! Our original order leaked a bit, HOWEVER, the company personally reached out to correct the issue!! I HIGHLY recommend to give them a try and rest assure that if there are ANY issues they will make it right :)

Bought for my husband who is a fan of the show Vikings. They are realistic and very sturdy. Comes with note on who hand crafted the cups which is cool.

They are exactly as advertised. Multiple sizes & shapes & colors come in a 4 pack. No leaks good quality. I ordered 16 for a party, 1 came with a scratch in the coating & 3 were wobbly. Reached out to the seller & they responded within hours. They stand behind the quality of their product & reported sending my replacements out in the mail the same day I contacted them. Great customer service. Great quality. Can't wait to use these at upcoming party!

Order arrived quickly, and product was as pictured. Description says they hold 12 ounces, but 2 hold just under that amount (not a big deal, but if look8ng for something to hold more, m8ght want to get size larger, that's all). Well worth the money and definetly would recommend.

I like the uneven look of the cups! They hold water (some previous purchases did not!), and the variations in the horn is quite pleasing.

Got 2 of them. One lighter colored and one darker. The lighter one peeled a bit at the top on the inside. There is a leak on the bottom of the light one as well. I tried sealing the seam around the bottom with epoxy resin, but it still leaks a bit. I don't want to put resin on the bottom of the cup because it won't sit flat. So I'm still working on fixing that one. The darker colored one is working great though. 👍🏻
