This worked great for my NFT hydroponic system. Allowed the light to reflect and could tell a difference in plant growth. Used another sheet on a grow shelf tent. It is thin but I felt it was still durable.

Mylar film is great for reflecting strong grow lights onto basement plants that I grow for next season's flowers. I have a blooming garden all winter long! I rate this 4 stars only because a continuous roll of mylar is easier to work with.

These were used to wrap around the back and sides of my grow racks. They seemed to help reflect the lights back onto the seedlings. They grew strong and evenly, no reaching for light.

I ended up taking 2 of them and tapeing them together in an effort to make them a little less thin/able to see through . Other then that the reflective quality is great.

Bought this Mylar wrap to reflect sunlight on backside of my plant trays were the sun light is weaker. Pleased with purchase.
