Beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Good value for copperware. Requires better gaskets; I used new garden hose gaskets and no leaking has been detected. Comes with additional water bottle and cups. Biggest benefit; it cleans the flavor of water, changing it to neutral overnight and keeps the water cool on the hottest of days. It’s definitely a must have for anyone that appreciates good, health giving water.

I learned that drinking out of a Cooper vessel was healthy. So I was excited to order one. Over a month of waiting for the package, it did not arrive to my address but to a neighbors address. I received the package open and with an item missing the cups are not the ones that they described,and damaged. Not happy.

This is a beautiful product, and for the price, it wasn't bad. The only thing I didn't like was that the gasket does leak. I have had to tighten it real hard so that it doesn't leak. The problem is that I am the only one who can open the valve and get water. Other than that, it is a great product.

The media could not be loaded. Would like to know if this is corrosion, or something else going on? Is this a breakdown of materials? I used filtered water (Zero water) in this container. I stopped using the copper container because I’m afraid it’s not safe to use. Any answers?

One of the cups and the main storage container had multiple leaks, refund given so at least that was good.

I installed it very tightly with the 'O' rings properly placed and yet it leaked the serenaded clay water which was unfortunate. I will have to use a clue sealant in the inside with clear gorilla glue.The shipping was confusing as it was not trackable for a long while and it took almost a month to arrive.The big plus is that all is very fixable, you can tell it is a labor of love, that the artisans are highly skilled and I feel very happy with the beautiful product. I would recommend humbly that they install the ;cock' themselves and proof it for leaks before sending to guarantee functionality. It would make it a 7 star product.

The product arrived earlier than anticipated, which was greatquality of the product was very good exceptional.I had a slight issue with the product andI contacted the seller.He responded back to me within 10 minutes and we resolve the issue.It was great to do business with them.
