I have used magnesium in my life, for the last two years, but this is the best one I have tried so far. It helps me rest at night and helps me a lot in the process of going to the bathroom.

It's just what I wanted. It arrived fast and it is in a glass bottle which I really like. The only thing is the pills are large. I wish they were in capsule form.

These must’ve been bought by Amazon through a third seller and they’re bad they were taped up and not good quality. I’ve used this brand before and it works great, but not these are a waste of money.

The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because it’s a capsule and cannot be cut in half if needed. Good quality magnesium.

My husband and me both have constipation problems. We have tried different types of magnesium and magnesium citrate, and these work better than any others we've tried. My husband has a very small esophagus and has a hard time swallowing pills, but he doesn't have much problem with these. We both take 3 a night with dinner. It is a bit expensive but it works to help our bowels move the next day. Also, we both seem to be more calm during the day and much less stressed.
