What are the dimensions?

This replacement head fits on the #200 Wooly Mammoth Frame, which is 17" in length. It does not work on any other manufacturers' frames.

Does replacement mop head come with handle attachment installed, if not how do you attach it ?

The replacement mop head attaches to the mop handle in the same way as the original mop head. There is a pocket sewn into the mop head to slip in the metal piece at the bottom of the handle and the other side of the mop head is secured with velcro.
