What is the consistency of the product when you apply it? It came out like very liquid and kind of oily like it had seperated. I had to use a brush.

This is a wax, and I believe, an oil based medium. I have seen a bit of separation when I use it as well. It usually dispenses almost like toothpaste or a thick oil paint. And there is some oil that kind of seeps from the dispensed product. I highly recommend not applying directly to your art piece. Put it onto a pallet or in a container and give it a good mix prior to application. This will help with separation and give you a smoother consistency. Hope this helps.

Will this work on jewelry? I have a ring that is down to the brass. The band only.

No it will rub off a ring the only jewelry you could use it on would be a brooch that does not rub against anything

Are there any other 3 or more assortments? Buying separately adds up. I'd like silver, gold & copper. I'd really like one of every finish!

Correct it is more expensive buying separately but they only do certain assortments. Keep checking maybe that one will be one they do in the near future.

Will this work on furniture painted with chalk paint (ie.Annie Sloan brand)?

According to the YouTube videos that I have watched they will. They are made for that type of project.
