Charge by sunlight at day and it would blink at night

What is the visibily like?

i am not sure because it did not function at all when i tried to activate it. i do not recommend this product. it is just cheap junk made in china.

I can see there is a plug in feature. Can this device be charged also?

They're is no plug in feature. It can't be charged electrically, only by solar. It has an off and on switch feature and that's it. Trust me, I own 2 of these.
