The book was exactly as described and arrived within the time frame it stated at purchase. Very satisfied!

The product itself in digital form was great and convenient - no issues purchasing.The content within the text was convoluted. Each chapter is about 50 pages when it could be about 30. The worst part is that EXCESSIVE grammar, punctuation, and SPELLING errors completely take you out of your learning experience. I can't believe this book was published. My initial thought was that the company wishes to have the ability to publish updated versions with "corrections" so that it can make more money. But, upon further inspection, this is the ELEVENTH edition of this book, published in 2017. I'm not sure the strategy behind the errors, but just be advised, they may drive you insane!

A very good book both the Labor Relations Process and Project Management. The project have been highlight with yellow highlighter from Chapter 1 to end Chapter 16 which is not good for me . Everything else is fine.

I TOO...... want to dispute being charged for this book as it was already damaged when I received it. The book binding was already separated from the pages but not to the point where it could not be used for my class. I never had to transport the book because classes were done virtually due to the pandemic. I would like a response.
