Easy to take and digest
Love how small and easy it is to take. The texture is perfect. No side effects. There isn’t a smell to this vitamin. The absorption is very easy. It doesn’t cause an upset stomach.

Times are changing. Stop putting seed oils in our products please.
Almost a perfect product. There is an unspecified amount of toxic seed oil in it but pretty much every other product is 100% seed oil or some form of insulin spiking powdered starch. Remove the seed oil and this will be a 5 star product.

This is a must have for African Americans. No upset stomachs, absorbs great, gives lots of energy and overall what is needed to support our skin! Great value for the money and easy to use/swallow.
